However, all services, motorcycles, and content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your physical condition, skill level, and knowledge of motorcycle operation are adequate for the vehicle rented.
Freedom Riders is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages arising from the use of our vehicles. Renters assume full responsibility for their actions and those of any passengers during the rental period.

3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freedom Riders, its employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

4. Maintenance and Condition of Vehicles
While we take reasonable measures to maintain and inspect our motorcycles, Freedom Riders cannot guarantee that every vehicle will be free of defects or mechanical issues. Renters are responsible for conducting pre-ride inspections and reporting any issues immediately.

Renters are responsible for complying with all local, state, and national laws during the rental period. Freedom Riders disclaims any responsibility for fines, legal actions, or penalties incurred by the renter during their use of the vehicle.
