Welcome to Freedom Riders Rental, a motorcycle and powersport vehicle rental service provided by Freedom Riders, LLC (“Freedom Riders,” “we,” or “us”). This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement” or “Terms”) outlines the terms and conditions governing your use of Freedom Riders’ services.
Freedom Riders’ services include this website, any associated systems or software, and the rental platform that allows customers to rent motorcycles directly from Freedom Riders. This Agreement applies from the point of account registration and extends to all services provided during and after the rental process (collectively, the “Service”).
Your registration for a Freedom Riders account and use of these services indicate your acknowledgment and agreement that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms and policies, including our Payment & Administrative Terms, Insurance Terms, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines (the “Terms”).

By using our services, you acknowledge that renting and operating a motorcycle carries inherent risks. Freedom Riders is not responsible for user conduct during rentals. This Agreement contains a Mandatory Arbitration of Disputes clause, requiring individual arbitration rather than jury trials or class actions. Additionally, remedies available to you in the event of a dispute may be limited.
You agree to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This Agreement applies to all visitors, users, and others accessing the Service (“Users”).
Changes to Terms
Freedom Riders may update these Terms periodically to enhance services, comply with regulations, or adapt to evolving business needs. Any modifications will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with any updated terms, discontinue use of the Service immediately.
Assumption of Risk
By renting and operating a motorcycle from Freedom Riders, you acknowledge the associated risks and assume full responsibility for your safety. Freedom Riders cannot guarantee the accuracy of motorcycle descriptions, suitability, or mechanical conditions at all times. Users are expected to perform basic safety checks before operating any vehicle.
Freedom Riders disclaims any liability related to inaccuracies in listings or misuse of rented vehicles. Rentals are conducted at the renter’s own risk.
Users are solely responsible for complying with all relevant local, state, and national laws regarding licensing, registration, and insurance. Renters must ensure that they possess the necessary skills and qualifications to operate the rented motorcycle safely.Account Creation
By creating an account with Freedom Riders, you confirm that:
- You are creating an account for personal use only.
- You are of legal age to operate a motorcycle in your jurisdiction.
- You possess the required licenses and qualifications to operate the rented motorcycle.
During account creation, users must provide accurate and complete information. Freedom Riders reserves the right to verify your identity and documents. Failure to provide accurate information may result in suspension or termination of your account.Motorcycle Rental Requirements
Freedom Riders offers motorcycle rentals that meet the following criteria:
- Motorcycles are street-legal and maintained to meet state regulations.
- Vehicles are newer than 20 years old and valued under $30,000.
- All motorcycles are properly registered, insured, and well-maintained.
Commercial rentals may include higher-value or off-road vehicles.
Renters must:
- Provide a valid motorcycle license at the time of rental.
- Be at least 25 years old with a minimum of three years of motorcycle riding experience.
- Pass a driving record check to verify eligibility.
Freedom Riders may request additional documentation or deny rental applications based on eligibility requirements.Rental Procedures
Pick-Up and Drop-Off:
- Renters are responsible for arriving on time at the designated rental location.
- Valid motorcycle licenses must be presented at pick-up.
- Owners or Freedom Riders staff will inspect the vehicle and provide safety instructions.
During the Rental Period:
- Renters are responsible for maintaining proper fluid, tire pressure, and fuel levels.
- Any mechanical issues must be reported immediately.
Returning the Vehicle:
- Motorcycles must be returned at the agreed time and location.
- Renters must report any damage or issues encountered during the rental.
- Fuel levels must match those at the start of the rental.
Prohibited Activities
Renters agree not to:
- Operate motorcycles without a valid license.
- Ride under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Engage in reckless behavior, including stunt driving or racing.
- Allow unauthorized individuals to operate the rented motorcycle.
- Exceed the motorcycle’s weight or passenger limits.
- Use motorcycles for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
Freedom Riders reserves the right to cancel rentals and suspend accounts for violations of these terms.
Insurance and LiabilityFreedom Riders offers insurance options during the rental process. Renters must either purchase coverage through Freedom Riders or provide proof of personal insurance. In the event of an accident, renters are primarily responsible for all damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the rental period.
Renters agree to cooperate fully with Freedom Riders and insurance providers during the claims process.
Payment TermsPayments for rentals are processed at the time of reservation. Additional charges, including damage fees or penalties for late returns, may apply. Renters authorize Freedom Riders to charge the provided payment method for any outstanding balances.
Disputes regarding payments must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction.
Governing Law and Dispute ResolutionThis Agreement is governed by the laws of [State/Region]. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act.
