Cancellation Timeline

We understand that plans change. Here's our cancellation policy:

• 7+ days before rental: Full refund
• 3-6 days before rental: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days before rental: No refund
• No-show: No refund

How to Cancel

To cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible at (754) 703-8466 or email us at rentals@freedomridersrental.com with your reservation details.

Weather-Related Cancellations

In the event of severe weather conditions that make riding unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule your rental or provide a full refund.

Modifications

If you need to modify your rental dates or motorcycle selection, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We'll do our best to accommodate your changes based on availability.

Early Returns

Early returns do not qualify for partial refunds. The full rental period will be charged.
